Synspective Inc., a provider of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite data and analytics solutions, is pleased to announce the planned establishment of its European subsidiary, provisionally named Synspective Europe GmbH, in Munich, Germany. The new entity is scheduled to be established in the first half of 2026 and will be 100% owned by Synspective Inc.
This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s global growth, underscoring its commitment to delivering SAR satellite imagery and data-driven insights to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). By establishing a base in Germany, Synspective will gain direct access to European programs and funding while fostering closer ties with a region heavily investing in space technology.
The new subsidiary will focus on several key business objectives:
– Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Capturing the growing demand for SAR solutions in EMEA and enhancing local sales and support capabilities.

Profile of Iain MacInnes
Iain MacInnes is the Head of Europe, Africa & Middle East at Synspective. He has over 25 years of industry experience and holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Environmental Remote Sensing from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Prior to joining Synspective, Iain led the EMEA Office, Sales and Customer Experience team at Vantor (DigitalGlobe/Maxar) and held Sales Leadership roles in Enterprise and Public Sector markets over a 14-year period. Iain also led International Sales at PCI Geomatics, a Canadian Remote Sensing software company, and managed the Ground Penetrating Radar department at GeoRed Chile. Iain has overseen growth and product diversification for accounts such as the European Space Agency, NATO, and the European Union Satellite Centre, in addition to civil and defense agencies across the region.
